A German citizen has died after his drink was spiked

Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, 2013. An unnamed German citizen who was in Nizhny Novgorod allegedly on a business trip died as a consequence of drink spiking. On the 26th of May the victim met 2 Russian women (aged 31 and 45) at a coffeehouse. Then he invited them to his flat where the party was supposed to continue.
At a certain moment one of the guests spiked his drink with "Clozapine" - an atypical antipsychotic medication. The German host fell unconscious and his female guests took some values and left. The women just wanted to drug and rob the victim but, apparently, the dose was too serious and on the next day the man died. Later the criminals were found and charged with robbery and manslaughter. Both were sentenced to 10 years in prison in January of 2014. Kriminalnn.ru
