Two Russian women robbed an Israeli businessman

Novosibirsk, Russia, 2014. A 22-year-old female student was arrested in Angarsk on suspicion of stealing money and luxurious watches from an Israeli citizen who stayed in Novosibirsk on a business trip. She faced up to 10 years in prison because of significant damage she had caused (more than 32 000 €).

The suspect and her female friend met the victim at a club. Young, slim and stylish women kindled the man`s interest. After getting acquainted, the women suggested going to the victim`s hotel room. The trio was filmed on CCTV cameras walking in the hotel. The following morning the women slipped away and the main suspect went to another city. When the man woke up he discovered that his watches and money disappeared. Then he decided to go to the police. CCTV footage helped to identify and arrest the thieves but only one of the women faced jail time - the other was considered a witness. Besides, the officers supposed that it hadn`t been their first case and encouraged victims to come forward. kp.ru
