American lawyer Albert Rudgayzer died from overdose in Moscow

Moscow, Russia, 2013. American lawyer Albert Rudgayzer (41), who had been involved in great scandal in New York (USA) in 2005, was found dead on the morning of May 16, in a rented apartment in Moscow. There were no signs of violence on the body and the police supposed poisoning. The subsequent autopsy confirmed this version.

The neighbors told that the flat was constantly put on rent and was currently occupied by a group of foreign men. Nobody saw anything suspicious. However, the police managed to detain the suspect after 10 days of searching. They collected information related to the Rudgayzer`s stay in Moscow and found out that the victim had met a local woman Elena Efimkina (34) at a club. She was a prostitute visiting clubs to pick up clients there. Also she had been convicted of theft in 2010. 

Together Rudgayzer and Efimkina got to the flat where the woman unnoticeably poured a strong medicine into the victim`s glass. Albert Rudgayzer fell asleep and died later from overdose. The woman searched the flat but she found only 1000 rubles (30 USD) and then left the scene. Efimkina was arrested. The investigation into this case is set to continue. Lifenews.ru.
